Market expansion in Europe and Southeast Asia

Kolk Water Consultancy jointly assisted a Middle-Eastern client with its search for new markets in Europe and Southeast Asia.

The project involved reviewing the client’s existing activities, assesses the possible alternatives, and analysing the existing markets. Which we did with success.

Based on our experience, the client was able to select two sales strategies for each region. In turn, this allowed the client to formulate a definitive strategy for Europe and Southeast Asia.
