Evaluation of market position

Kolk Water Consultancy was asked by a European customer to assess its position in the Southeast Asian market. As part of this process, the customer’s existing operations in the region were assessed by means of a SWOT analysis. We partnered the management team in defining the most suitable strategy for competing with existing manufacturers.
