On behalf of a British / Dutch water utility, we filled the position of Interim Managing Director for a period of nine months. During this time, the company was successfully prepared for a merger with its sister organisation. At the same time, a more project-based work method was introduced.

Interim Director of Operations

On behalf of an Asian client, we filled the position of Interim Director of Operations for a period of six months. Our objective was to support the organisation during the roll out of a new organisation structure. The transition was successfully completed.

Interim Service Manager

On behalf of a Dutch client, Kolk Water Consultancy filled the position of Interim Service Manager for a period of three months. During this time, the organisation was restructured while efficiency was improved.
